GARLIC POTATO BALLS FOR TWO
1 T. butter or margarine
1 can (15 oz.) small whole potatoes, drained
1/4 t. garlic salt
1/2 t. minced fresh parsley
In a skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add potatoes and sprinkle with garlic salt. Cook, stirring, for 15-18 minutes or til golden brown. Sprinkle potato balls with parsley.
