ROSE'S VEGGIE HORS D' OEUVRES
2 tubes crescent rolls
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix.
Mix cheese, mayonnaise and ranch mix together well and set aside. Press crescents onto the bottom of a lightly sprayed or greased (10x15x1 inch) jelly roll pan. Bake 350° for about 10 minutes or til lightly browned. Cool and spread filling mixture on top. Sprinkle with chopped green peppers, scallions, broccoli and grated carrots (or any toppings of your choice). Cut into small squares and top each square with 1/2 of a pimento stuffed olive, cut side up. Store in the refrigerator.
