3/4 lb. ground round steak
2 T. grated American cheese
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
1 thin slice tomato
1 thin slice Bermuda onion (try a sweet onion like Vidalia or Texas sweet)
1 thin slice cheese
5 slices pepperoni
1 toasted sesame bun

Divide and shape meat into 2 patties. On 1 patty lay 1 T. of the American cheese, 1 T. Parmesan cheese, slice tomato, onion, cheese slice and pepperoni slices. On the second patty place remaining American and Parmesan cheeses. Press grated cheeses into the patty lightly so they won't fall off. Combine patties, keeping fillings inside. Pinch all sides together carefully. Smooth and seal tightly. Grill about 10-15 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Serve on a sesame seed bun.
