2 pkg. (10 oz. ea.) frozen Brussels sprouts
2 t. water
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 T. butter or margarine
1/4 c. half and half (or milk)
2 egg yolks slightly beaten
1 T. fresh lemon juice
dash salt and pepper

Place Brussels sprouts and water in a (2 quart) casserole. Cover and micro-wave on high 8-10 minutes stirring half way through; set aside. Put onion and butter in a (2 cup) measure and micro-wave on high 1 -2 minutes. Blend in the remaining ingredients. Reduce power to medium-high (70%) and micro-wave until thickened (30 seconds to 2 minutes) stirring often. Pour over sprouts and micro-wave on high, covered for 1 minute.
