1 c. orange juice
1 c. orange sections, cut in pieces
2 T. grated orange rind
1 c. sugar
5 T. cornstarch
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. butter or margarine

Combine orange juice, sections, grated rind, sugar and cornstarch. Cook on low heat til clear. Add a little hot mixture to beaten egg yolks. Return to hot mixture and cook about 5 minutes longer. Remove from heat and blend in lemon juice, butter or margarine. Pour into baked pie shell. Be sure filling and shell are both hot or both cold. Cover filling with meringue. Bake in 350° oven til lightly browned.
