CREAMED SPINACH LIKE BOSTON MARKET
In a saucepan, on medium heat, stir together with wire whisk: 10 oz. can cream celery soup, 1 T. flour, 4 T. butter or margarine or canola oil, 1/2 t. garlic salt or to taste and salt and pepper to taste til smooth and piping hot. Combine it with 2 packages (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained and 1 small onion diced.
(as a side dish this makes 4-6 servings).
