PERFECT MOIST AND FLAKEY BAKED SALMON

Place the salmon steaks in a baking dish and pour enough milk over the salmon to cover halfway. Bake uncovered at 350° for 20-30 minutes depending on the size of the salmon steak. Discard milk after baking. The milk prevents the salmon from drying out giving you a never burnt, moist and flakey salmon dish. This is great for people just beginning to cook fish!
