GERMAN SCALLOPED POTATOES

3-4 boiled potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4-1/2 c. milk
1 medium onion, sautéed
salt and pepper to taste

Place potatoes in pan and add milk. Sauté onion and add. Add salt and pepper. Mix 1/8 c. flour with enough milk to make a smooth gravy Add to the potatoes. Add chopped ham or any left over meat (You may use bacon bits if you like). Heat and serve. (I might add grated Cheddar or Swiss cheese and some garlic)
