Sonya Pugh was our producer-engineer and the first person you spoak to when you called our show when we were at WEXL in Royal Oak. She baked these cookies for all of us at the radio station and I thanked her on the air. Whereupon a neighbor asked for the recipe and while I was still eating a cookie, Sonya called in the recipe from the control room! We've had many compliments from the neighbors so I want to thank Sonya for the recipe and all the effort she put in each day to make Ask Your Neighbor a success, we miss you (and would you bring in some more cookies for the gang? All that we had left were a few crumbs and a taste for more!)
