VANILLA ICE CREAM IN A BAGGIE
In a pint sized, zip type freezer bag, mix 1/2 c. milk, 1 T. sugar and 1/2 t. vanilla; seal the bag. Fill a gallon sized, zip type freezer bag half full of ice (cubed or crushed); add 6 T salt. Place the sealed bag inside and seal the larger bag. Shake or squish the bag for about 5 minutes or until the ice cream thickens.
