1 small jar apricot preserves
1 bottle (8 oz.) 1000 Island dressing
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan on low heat to a gravy (about 5 minutes). In a (9x13 inch) pan spread mixture over chicken pieces. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 350° for 35 minutes. Remove foil and cook another 30 minutes. Leftover sauce may be kept in the refrigerator.
